Verse:
Romans 6:14 (KJV) – “For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.”
Explanation:
In Romans 6:14, Paul explains a profound truth about the believer’s relationship with sin and
grace. As Christians, we are no longer under the bondage of sin’s dominion because of God’s grace.
The law, which once highlighted our sinfulness, is fulfilled in Christ, and His grace empowers us to live victoriously over sin.
Grace doesn’t give us a license to sin but liberates us from its control as we yield to God’s Spirit.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the freedom and victory we have in Christ through Your grace.
Help us to understand and embrace the power of Your grace in our lives daily. Grant us strength to resist sin and walk in obedience to Your Word.
May Your grace continue to transform us into vessels
of honor for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
